I am a leading Landlord and Tenant Expert with over 20 years of experience in property management. My journey began in childhood, learning the ins and outs of rental property firsthand. Since then, I have managed over 12,000 households across private and public sectors, specializing in affordable housing, tenant placement, and landlord education.
I am a licensed Property Manager with multiple certifications in affordable housing management. Beyond my hands-on experience, I have served as an Adjunct Professor in Property Management, educating future industry professionals and empowering landlords to optimize their rental success.
As an author, entrepreneur, consultant, and speaker, I help landlords navigate Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher Programs, and local rental assistance programs. I also offer training, coaching, and mediation services to improve landlord-tenant relationships.
