Cerita Yvonne is a licensed therapist, certified clinical trauma professional, and the creator of the Extraordinary Superwoman Paradox™—a groundbreaking framework that explores how high-functioning, high-achieving Black women have been shaped by survival, perfectionism, and generational trauma.
As a decolonized, spirit-led clinician, Cerita blends clinical expertise with ancestral wisdom, womanist psychology, and radical self-love. Her work centers the mental and emotional liberation of Black women who are tired of being everything to everyone and are ready to heal the myth of strength.
A survivor of narcissistic abuse, religious guilt, and the emotional labor of “being the strong one,” Cerita brings depth, compassion, and lived experience into every space she teaches. Her mission is to help Black women stop performing for love, burn the cape, and remember their divine worth—without shame.
