As a PhD in Multicultural Women's and Gender Studies, her research examines the intersection of womanism, economics, and leadership. Dr. Johnson founded Women Work Wealth (W3) LLC, where she helps organizations access much-needed grants and funding. Her expertise in womanist capitalism combines practical business strategies with frameworks that challenge traditional economic models. Dr. Johnson's teaching approaches complex concepts through relatable analogies, guiding students to envision success and work backward to achieve their goals.
