A Self-Paced Journey into Kemetic Breathwork and Soul Alignment

Sesen Ma’at en Ba™ Pillar I is a self-guided foundational journey into a sacred Kemetic breath and consciousness system designed to awaken the Divine Order encoded within the soul. Rooted in the spiritual science of Kemet, this offering guides seekers through nine weeks of intentional breath practices (Sesen), meditative technologies, energetic principles, and metaphysical teachings that realign the being with Ma’at: the principle of truth, balance, harmony, and right alignment with the divine.

This pathway is not a teacher training or certification program. It is a devotional and restorative experience that supports seekers in reconnecting to their breath, reclaiming soul memory, and restoring alignment. The work is personal, not performative, each breath an offering of remembrance.

Over the course of nine weeks, seekers will explore:

  • The spiritual anatomy and physiology of the breath

  • The relationship between breath, nervous system function, and consciousness

  • Sacred sound and utterance (Heka and Hesi) as tools of attunement

  • The Ab (heart-mind) and Ba (soul) as centers of divine intelligence

  • Breath as a portal of healing, clarity, and ancestral connection

  • The Kemetic energetic centers (Aritu) and their governing Neteru

  • Foundational Ma’at principles lived through the breath

Weekly lessons include guided breathwork, spiritual instruction, reflection practices, and divine faculty alignment. The rhythm is set by the student, but each step is cumulative, building toward an integrated understanding of the Sesen Ma’at en Ba™ system.

At the end of Pillar I, participants will complete a final exam designed not to measure performance, but to solidify personal mastery of the foundational teachings. This exam serves as a moment of reflection, integration, and readiness to continue deeper into the sacred path.

This is the breath of remembrance. This is the return to Ma’at.

Week I: Sesen Ankh (Breath of Life) – The Power of Breath: Physiological and Spiritual
This opening week is spacious, grounding, and contemplative. There is no control, no sound, no chanting. You are not shaping the breath, you are listening to it. You are observing where life is already flowing and where it has been interrupted. Awakening the breath as a divine gift and spiritual technology for soul reconnection. Reclaiming breath as life-force, not just oxygen. Objectives of Week 1, Breath of Life • Cultivate Breath Awareness Begin to observe your natural breath. Notice its rhythm, depth, texture, and how it moves through different areas of the body. Build awareness without judgment or correction. • Practice the Breath of Stillness Learn a foundational Sesen Ab breath technique, anchored in the lower belly. This breath is soft, slow, and quiet. It helps calm the nervous system, create inner spaciousness, and invite the body into safety and presence. • Reclaim the Body as Sacred Space Practice simple posture adjustments, grounding exercises, and body scanning to reconnect with your physical vessel. The body is approached as a living temple, worthy of reverence and care. • Engage in Reflective Inquiry Through weekly journal prompts, reflect on your current relationship with breath. When do you hold it? When do you forget it? What stories live in your breath? • Prepare the Inner Landscape Set the energetic tone for your journey ahead. By listening to the breath, softening into your body, and quieting the mind, you create the inner field for the deeper soul-aligned work that will follow in later weeks.

Week 2: Shem Nu – (Breath of Release)
Week 2: Sesen Shu — Breath of Divine Expansion This week deepens the seeker’s practice through the study and experience of Sesen Shu (𓋴𓋴𓈙𓅱), the sacred breath of expansion. In Kemetic cosmology, Shu is the Neter who embodies air, space, and balance. He is the one who separates sky from earth, creating the spaciousness necessary for light and form to emerge. In this lesson, you will begin to work with that same principle within your own vessel: using breath to create inner space, clarity, and spiritual equilibrium. We explore the difference between passive breathing and sacred intentional breath, especially through the lens of releasing breath and the elemental quality of Shu. This week also includes teachings on the nervous system, breath rhythm, and emotional memory, anchoring the student in the physiological and spiritual necessity of space before structure. You will learn: - The cosmological and energetic function of Shu in Kemetic tradition - The Releasing Breath technique and its relationship to sacred surrender - How emotional patterns and trauma can constrict breath and energy flow - Basic anatomy of the diaphragm, lungs, and nervous system as portals of divine regulation - The symbolic and practical use of water and the Lotus (Sesen) as a ritual tool for breath-based purification Practices this week include: - Guided Releasing Breath meditation - Ritual: Water Offering and Ancestral Surrender - Journal reflections on control, surrender, and breath memory - Audio lesson with binaural support for nervous system recalibration - Optional tea: Mesut en Ankh herbal blend for calming internal winds By the end of this week, the seeker will understand that expansion is not merely increase, but space reclaimed. Breath is not only a biological act, but a spiritual permission to release, reset, and return.
