SPM-ST-201 – Sesen Ma’at en Ba: Breath of Divine Order for the Soul

About Course
Course Coming January 2026
Sesen Ma’at en Ba — Pillar I is a self-paced foundational initiation into a sacred Kemetic breathwork and consciousness system designed to awaken the Divine Order within the soul. Rooted in the ancient spiritual science of Kemet, this course guides participants through nine weeks of intentional breath practices (Sesen), meditative technologies, energetic principles, and metaphysical teachings that realign the being with Ma’at which is truth, balance, justice, harmony, and right alignment with the divine.
Through structured weekly lessons, students will explore:
- The spiritual anatomy of the breath
- The relationship between consciousness, the nervous system, and energetic bodies
- Medu Neter language and sacred utterance (Heka and Hesi)
- The sacred function of the heart-mind (Ab) and soul (Ba)
- Breath as portal, medicine, and alignment tool
- Kemetic energy centers and their governance
- Foundational Ma’at principles and their embodiment through breath
This course is both experiential and initiative, calling students into deeper awareness, healing, and soul remembrance. Each week includes guided breathwork, spiritual instruction, reflection practices, and a connection to one of the divine faculties or Neteru. By the end of Pillar I, students will have developed a personalized practice of breath-based spiritual attunement rooted in Kemetic metaphysics.
