About Lesson

Welcome, Beloved Soul Sojourner,

You are now entering a sacred rhythm of remembrance, where breath is not only function but divine alignment. This course, Sesen Ma’at en Ba — Pillar I, is the first pillar in a spiritual architecture rooted in Kemetic metaphysics. Over the next nine weeks, you will be guided to return to the intelligence of your own breath — not merely as air — but as Sesen, the Breath of Life that flows in accordance with Ma’at, the sacred law of balance, truth, and divine order.

My name is D’or Nelson, founder and temple guide of Ba Mesnu Temple, a sacred space dedicated to the reawakening of the soul’s divine blueprint. With over 15 years of experience as a holistic practitioner, spiritual counselor, and metaphysical educator, I serve as a priestess, teacher, and soul guide. My work is grounded in the sacred technologies of Kemet, infused with psychological healing, ancestral wisdom, and the breath-based practices that form the heart of this course.

This journey is not just about technique — it is about returning to right relationship with yourself, with your soul, and with the sacred cosmic intelligence that lives within your body. Here, breath becomes prayer, structure becomes initiation, and discipline becomes liberation.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • A  9 week self-paced course with certification. You’ll become a Certified Breathwork Guide.
  • There’s also a Kemetic Graduation Ceremony after passing course with a 70 and above final exam score. (optional)
  • Courses will be pre-recorded and posted in each lesson.
  • Assignments, handouts and quizzes will be in each weekly session in this portal as a lesson.
  • Course Summaries will be recorded and put on TikTok in a playlist titled Sesen Ma’at en Ba.
  • Office hours will take place on TikTok Live. If TikTok is unavailable you will be invited to a Facebook Group.
  • Website Sesen Ma’at en Ba Forum will also be available for discussions and Q&A.
