Dawn Aldrich is the co-founder of Solutions Cancer Resource Center, Inc., a nonprofit center which has partnered with the National Institute of Health’s Community Advocate Network. SCRC, Inc., provides information and assistance to cancer-diagnosed clients, their families, and friends. Dr. Aldrich is a strong advocate for underserved communities, representing their concerns to the cancer research communities as well as, focusing on educating and empowering others. She is the author of audiobooks The Day That Changed My Life Cancer, an uncertain journey both editions for newly diagnosed cancer patients and the parents edition translated in French and German and available worldwide on audible. She’s the host of the open forum on the Conversations & Coffee (ex: Covid19 Vaccine rollout, All of Us Research, etc.) and the producer of the Off Broadway Play The Day That Changed My Life and documentary The Day That Changed My Life (exploration of the lives of those who have been touched by cancer) available for viewing on Amazon Prime.
