Biography

Lawrence Phillips is the founder of Green Book Global, the first and only Black travel review app dedicated to Black travel safety and empowerment. After leaving his IT consulting job and traveling to 30+ countries across all seven continents, including Antarctica, in less than a year, Lawrence recognized the need for a platform centered on the Black travel experience. Green Book Global offers an app, website, AI itinerary planner, Driving While Black Road Trip Planner, Black friendly international destination discovery tool, and community groups, all designed to enhance safety, connection, and joy for Black travelers.
