Dr. KaNeedra Fultz is a dynamic and results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience across real estate, tax preparation, credit recovery, and business development. As the CEO of Fultz Realty and Investment Branch and founder of Right Choice Tax Solutions, she is recognized for her integrity, knowledge, and community-centered approach.

Dr. Fultz holds a Doctorate in Education (EdD), a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA), and a Bachelor’s in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Her educational background is complemented by certifications in real estate (SFR, ABR), positioning her as a trusted guide for first-time homebuyers, investors, and clients facing foreclosure or short sales.

She is also the owner of River Region Training and Development Center, a resource hub offering fingerprinting services, federal background checks, and employment training. Dr. Fultz is passionate about financial literacy and has developed DIY credit repair programs and first-time homebuyer education courses to empower individuals and families.
