🎯 Learning Objectives:

By the end of this module, students will:

  • Understand the purpose and structure of a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis

  • Complete a personal Parenting SWOT to reflect on mindset and behavior

  • Identify the difference between self-awareness and self-blame

  • Reframe parenting “weaknesses” into opportunities for growth

  • Begin building a strengths-based approach to parenting transformation
