Are you constantly told “everything looks normal,” even when your body is clearly saying otherwise?
Tired of navigating a healthcare system that wasn’t built for you?

Healthy Healing is a 6-week virtual course designed specifically for Black women who are ready to take their health into their own hands—without fear, shame, or restriction. Through the lens of functional medicine and whole-person wellness, we’ll explore hormone balance, gut health, and detox strategies rooted in self-trust and cultural care.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

  • Decode your body’s signals and symptoms—from fatigue to bloating to burnout

  • Identify root causes behind hormone and gut imbalances

  • Use food, lifestyle shifts, and detox practices to support deep healing

  • Navigate everyday toxins in beauty, cleaning, and home products

  • Build sustainable routines that honor your unique body and season of life

Whether you’re new to holistic health or deep in your healing era, Healthy Healing offers a safe, empowering space to reconnect with your body and rewrite your wellness story—with science, sisterhood, and sovereignty at the center.

Topic: Anti-Inflammatory Eating + Movement as Medicine

Week 6: Your Healing Plan
Topic: Customizing Your Protocol and Staying Consistent
