About Course

This course explores the personal and professional journey of becoming a teacher leader. Using short-form videos and weekly reflections, participants will examine their teacher identity, uncover how leadership emerges in practice, and reflect on what it means to lead from the classroom. Based on the research and lived experiences of real educators, this course is rooted in the idea that leadership is a development of identity—not a job title.
