“Burnout to Brilliance: Managing Stress to Recharge and Thrive!” is a dynamic, interactive 4-week TikTok course designed to help participants understand and combat burnout. The course will provide valuable insights into stress management and equip students with practical tools to reclaim their vitality and enhance wellbeing. Through a combination of education and community engagement, participants will learn how to navigate stressors effectively and cultivate a life of brilliance and resilience.
