“Burnout to Brilliance: Managing Stress to Recharge and Thrive!” is a dynamic, interactive 4-week TikTok course designed to help participants understand and combat burnout. The course will provide valuable insights into stress management and equip students with practical tools to reclaim their vitality and enhance wellbeing. Through a combination of education and community engagement, participants will learn how to navigate stressors effectively and cultivate a life of brilliance and resilience.

Course Objectives:
1. Understand the concept of burnout and its impact on mental and physical health.
2. Explore stress management techniques and strategies for recharging energy levels.
3. Develop personalized plans for thriving in both personal and professional life.
4. Build a supportive community to foster resilience and well-being.

Participants are required to have a copy of the book, “THRIVE, RECHARGE, and RISE” by Dr. Ja’net Bishop-Nesbit (available in AMAZON). This resource will serve as a central text for the course, offering additional insights and exercises to complement weekly discussions.
