This six-week course is designed to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to explore how inherited trauma shapes our lives and how we can actively heal and transform those patterns. Generational trauma often manifests in our thoughts, behaviors, and even physical health without us realizing it. Throughout this course, we will delve into the science of epigenetics, uncover the emotional and behavioral patterns rooted in trauma, and learn powerful tools for healing. With a combination of interactive workshops, guided meditations, and personal reflections, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your family history while developing actionable steps to create a new narrative for yourself and future generations. This course is not just about learning—it’s about transformation. By the end of these six weeks, you will: Understand the origins and impacts of generational trauma. Gain clarity on how trauma shows up in your life and relationships. Learn and practice tools to release limiting beliefs and cultivate empowerment. Build a road map for continued growth and healing. Week 2: The Science Behind Generational Trauma Date: Tuesday, April 29, 2025 (Live Lecture On YouTube) LIVE CLASS TBA- c Learning Objectives: Explore the role of epigenetics in trauma. Learn about the physiological and psychological effects of inherited trauma. Discover how trauma impacts behavior and health. Activities: Lecture with slides. (Class Will Be Held You-Tube) Case study analysis: Examining real-life examples. Homework: Write a journal entry about how you see trauma patterns manifesting in your own behavior. Recap Session (Thursday): Review case studies. Peer feedback on journal entries. Week 3: Unpacking Emotional and Behavioral Patterns Date: Tuesday, May 6th (Live Lecture on Tiktok) Face to Face Class TBA Learning Objectives: Identify emotional triggers rooted in generational trauma. Explore how unresolved trauma can create harmful cycles. Develop awareness of coping mechanisms. Activities: Interactive workshop: Mapping your family tree of trauma. Pop Quiz (10 questions) on emotional and behavioral impacts. Homework: Create an emotional trigger log for one week. Recap Session (Thursday): Share insights from the family tree exercise. Group discussion: Reflections on emotional trigger logs. Week 4: Tools for Healing Generational Trauma Date: Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 (Live Lecture On YouTube) Face to Face TBA Learning Objectives: Learn techniques for identifying and releasing inherited beliefs. Explore the role of forgiveness and mindfulness in healing. Understand the importance of self-compassion. Activities: Guided meditation and visualization exercise. Small group practice: Releasing limiting beliefs. Homework: Write a letter of forgiveness to an ancestor or family member. Recap Session (Thursday): Reflect on the guided meditation experience. Share parts of your forgiveness letters (optional). Week 5: Rewriting the Narrative (Live Lecture on Tiktok) Date: Tuesday, May 20th Face to face TBA Learning Objectives: Discover how to shift limiting beliefs into empowering ones. Learn to create new narratives for yourself and future generations. Explore how community and support systems can aid in healing. Activities: Group exercise: Rewrite a personal or family story with an empowering outcome. Pop Quiz (5 questions) on healing tools and narratives. I would love to invite you to my community. I am a metaphysical healer. I help to heal people’s generational trauma in my career. I get to the root of the problem that’s embedded in our DNA through your mind, both conscious and subconscious. It’s something I truly enjoy. I have a health and wellness company geared towards helping people become the best versions of themselves through our spiritual hub. 

Our spiritual hub has amazing ways to connect through our virtual communities filled with Black practitioners from all around the globe, and tips for your mind, body and soul. 

You’ve graced me with the honor of being your instructor, I would be doubly honored to be Your Belief Worker and help you to get to the ROOT of your issues, for you to be completely set free, and to LIVE the life you desire and to have it more abundantly.
